Connect with your ExpensifyApproved! partner team in New Expensify
As an ExpensifyApproved! Accountant, you get a dedicated partner team focused on helping your firm grow, onboard clients faster, and get expert support whenever you need it. Your Partner Manager, Account Executive, and Account Manager appear on the Help page in New Expensify, so you can open a direct message with any of them in one click.
This guide explains where to find your partner team and what each contact helps with.
Who can see the Approved! partner team on the Help page
The Meet your Approved! partner team section appears only for accounts enrolled as ExpensifyApproved! Accountants.
Each contact appears only after it has been assigned to your account:
- Partner Manager
- Account Executive
- Account Manager
If a contact has not been assigned yet, that contact will not appear on the Help page. If you are not an ExpensifyApproved! Accountant, you’ll see the standard Help and support page instead.

How to connect with your Approved! partner team
- Click the navigation tabs (on the left on web, on the bottom on mobile).
- Select Settings.
- Select Help.
- Under Meet your Approved! partner team, find your Partner Manager, Account Executive, or Account Manager.
- Click a contact to open a direct message with them.
What each Approved! partner team contact helps with
- Partner Manager — Maximize your partnership and drive referrals.
- Account Executive — Get your clients set up successfully.
- Account Manager — Ask questions and get client support.

Why don’t I see the Approved! partner team on my Help page?
The Meet your Approved! partner team section appears only if:
- Your account is enrolled as an ExpensifyApproved! Accountant.
- A Partner Manager, Account Executive, or Account Manager has been assigned to your account.
If neither applies, the section will not appear and you’ll see the standard Help and support page.
How do I message a contact on the Help page?
Click any contact under Meet your Approved! partner team to open a direct message with that person in New Expensify.
Where do I get support if I don’t have an assigned partner team?
Select Concierge on the Help page to chat with your personal AI agent, or open the Help site under More resources for articles and tutorials. Learn more about what Concierge can do.
